Withdrawals
Yes, withdrawals at k0999 are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You can send a request to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account even at night or on Fridays and Saturdays. Payment is usually completed within one hour. If there is any delay, let us know via live chat.
The minimum withdrawal amount at k0999 is ৳500. Requests below this will not be processed, so make sure your balance has reached at least this amount. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can all be used as withdrawal methods — the same minimum applies to each.
Yes, winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn, but the wagering requirement must be met first. For the welcome bonus, you need to wager 25 times the bonus amount — meaning if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, it becomes withdrawable after completing a total of ৳30,000 in wagers. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on the deposit.
Yes, for security reasons k0999 only returns funds to the mobile wallet registered in the account holder's own name. Withdrawals to someone else's bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number are not approved. Using a wallet in the same name keeps transactions fast and hassle-free.
Withdrawals are usually completed within one hour. If it has been showing "Pending" for longer than that, make sure your wallet number is saved correctly and the wagering requirement has been fulfilled. If the issue persists, contact live chat directly with your request ID — our support team is available 24/7.
Slots & Jackpots
In progressive jackpot slots, a small portion of every wager is added to a central pool. The more players bet, the larger the pool grows. When a specific combination or bonus round is triggered, one lucky player wins the entire pool, after which the pool resets to zero and starts growing again.
Many slot games have a demo or free-play option where you can test the game mechanics and features using virtual chips. This lets you understand how bonus rounds and free spins are triggered without spending real money. Real money transactions only happen after logging in.
Free spins are usually awarded automatically when scatter symbols are triggered inside a slot, or they can be received as part of a k0999 promotion. Free spins mean a set number of spins played at no cost — any winnings are added to your bonus or real balance (depending on the terms), but no extra wager is deducted.
For a limited budget, choose slots with a low minimum bet. Classic 3-reel slots or low-volatility games give you more playing time because small wins come more frequently. High-volatility games offer the possibility of larger prizes, but there is also a higher chance of going a long time without a win.
Volatility is the risk level of a game. Low volatility means frequent small wins; high volatility means bigger wins but less frequently. Mid-volatility strikes a balance between the two. This is usually stated on the game's information page. Choose your volatility based on your playing style and balance.
VIP & Cashback
At k0999, weekly cashback is returned to you as a percentage of your bets for that week. This benefit of receiving cashback even on losses partially offsets your balance. The higher your VIP level, the higher the weekly cashback rate.
VIP members enjoy higher weekly cashback rates, exclusive promotional offers, and priority customer support. As you move up to higher levels, personalized benefits increase, such as faster withdrawal processing and access to special events.
Your VIP level gradually increases through regular play and wagering at k0999. The more active you are and the more wagers you complete, the faster you have the opportunity to advance to the next level. Once a specific cutoff is crossed, the system automatically upgrades your level and new benefits are activated.
k0999 has five VIP levels: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.3%; Gold — up to 0.5%; Platinum — up to 0.6%; Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback. The Diamond level is the highest and offers the most benefits.
Weekly cashback is credited to your k0999 account at a set time. Once credited, it can generally be withdrawn directly or after meeting minimal conditions — see the applicable terms and conditions for details. If you have any questions, ask in live chat.
Casino & Table Games
In baccarat, the player bets on three possible outcomes: Player (the player's hand wins), Banker (the dealer's hand wins), or Tie (equal). Each hand is dealt a maximum of two or three cards and the one closest to 9 wins. Tens and face cards have a value of zero, which is why this game is fairly simple and popular with beginners.
Yes, k0999's live casino is browser-based and runs smoothly on both Android and iOS platforms — no separate app download is needed. The live dealer video feed, chat box, and betting interface are all optimized for mobile screens. A good internet connection makes the experience even more seamless.
In regular RNG (Random Number Generator) games, results are determined by software and there is no human dealer. In live dealer games, a trained dealer in a real studio uses actual cards or a wheel, which is broadcast live via camera. This delivers an authentic casino experience.
There are two types of bets in roulette — inside and outside. Inside bets are placed on a specific number or a small group of numbers, with a lower chance of winning but a higher payout. Outside bets are placed on categories like red/black, odd/even, or high/low numbers — the chance of winning is higher and they are suitable for beginners.
k0999 offers games from the industry's leading live casino providers, including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. This means you can enjoy a variety of betting limits, dealers in multiple languages, and a range of different tables. New providers are added regularly.
